Family Resource Center
The Family Resource Center of Huntington Beach opened in September 2003, and provides a network of free services for the children and families of North Orange County, not just Club members!
Located at our Huntington Beach Branch, the Family Resource Center currently provides: support & Referral for families; parenting classes; health and dental screenings and referrals; ESL and literacy classes; workshops on health-related topics; and workforce development.
Initially sponsored by the City of Huntington Beach Task Force, the Family Resource Center of Huntington Beach is a joint collaboration between the Boys & Girls Clubs of Huntington Valley, Huntington Beach City School District, Huntington Beach Community Care Centers, Huntington Beach Adult School, Huntington Beach Union High School District, and the City of Huntington Beach.
The Resource Center is located at 2309 Delaware Street in Huntington Beach. For more information call the center at: 714-374-2600. If you’re interested in volunteering, please call Diane Mohn, Resource Center Coordinator, at 714-374-2600. Hours for referrals are Friday 1pm -4 pm.
